Our hotel contract conditions (GTC)
All bookings are subject to the hotel contract conditions (Austrian Hotel Industry) below.
Brief overview cancellations:
- 24 hours after booking free of charge
- up to 3 months before the agreed date of arrival no cancellation fee
- up to 1 month before the agreed date of arrival 40% of the booking price
- up to 1 week before the date of arrival 70 % of the booking price
- in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the booking price
- on the day of arrival or no-show 100% of the booking price
